This 2019 SMEC SL-2000A CNC Lathe is a modern turning center configured for productive small- to medium-diameter machining. It features a 22.45″ swing, 18.12″ swing over the cross slide, 14.18″ maximum machining diameter, and approximately 23″ between centers. The spindle reaches 6,000 RPM with 20/25 HP and provides a 2.4″ spindle bore, while the 12-position turret supports efficient production turning.
The machine is equipped with a Fanuc 0i-TF Plus CNC control, 6″ 3-jaw hydraulic chuck with approximately 2.05″ bar capacity, programmable hydraulic tailstock, parts catcher, and automatic tool presetter. With its high spindle speed, compact footprint, tailstock, and production accessories, the SL-2000A is well suited for bar, chucking, and general CNC turning applications.
