This 2006 Mori-Seiki NH5000/40 DCG CNC Horizontal Machining Center is equipped with two 19.7″ x 19.7″ pallets, 360-degree indexing, and a 1,100 lb maximum pallet load. The specification data lists 28.7″ X-axis, 28.7″ Y-axis, and 33.5″ Z-axis travels, a 40-taper spindle capable of 14,000 rpm, and a 60-position automatic tool changer.
The machine is equipped with an MSX-701-III CNC Control, 1,000 PSI high-pressure coolant unit, through-spindle coolant, and rear-discharge chip conveyor. A Renishaw system is also listed, with the probe noted as missing.
