Machine Overview

This 2015 Haas VF-9/40 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center provides 84″ X-axis, 40″ Y-axis, and 30″ Z-axis travels with a 36″ x 84″ table rated for 4,000 lbs. It features an 8,100 rpm 40-taper spindle with 30 hp and a 24+1 position automatic tool changer.

The machine is equipped with Haas 5-axis CNC Control, Haas TR-310 5-axis trunnion table, 4th- and 5th-axis drives and wiring, high-speed machining, 300 PSI through-spindle coolant, 8″ extended Z-axis clearance, programmable coolant nozzle, internal high-voltage transformer, auxiliary coolant filtration, chip auger, remote jog handle, Ethernet, USB, and rigid tapping.
