Doosan DNM 200/5AX Overview
This 2017 Doosan DNM 200/5AX 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center provides 15.75″ X-axis, 17.13″ Y-axis, and 19.69″ Z-axis travels with a 7.87″ x 7.87″ table. It features a 12,000 rpm CAT 40 Big Plus spindle with 25 hp, a 40-position automatic tool changer, and a built-in trunnion rotary table with A-axis travel from +30 to -120 degrees and 0.001-degree C-axis rotation.
The machine is equipped with a Fanuc Series i 5-axis CNC Control, built-in 5th-axis trunnion rotary table for 3+2 machining, 230 PSI through-spindle coolant, Renishaw work probe, tool setter and RMI, chip conveyor, and oil skimmer.
