CONTROL
Varible Cycle Controller (VCC): This is a hard wired, solid state electronic system
with absolute dimensional input and memory storage. It offers complete automatic
cycling and sequential positioning from a manually input part program stored in MOS memory.
No punch tape, computer assistance, trip-dog set up, plug-in matrix board, steeping motor,
conventional programmer is required. Its unique built-in Adaptive Dynamic Compen-
sation feature automaticaaly monitors & calulates slide position to minimize linear
errors.
NOTE
Machine can be run manually or automatic cycle.
HISTORY
This machine was used in a mold shop to square mold blocks. The machine was installed
new in Feb. 1981 at a cost of $180,000.00.
