Machine Overview

This 2016 Amada HG1003ARS Press Brake is a 100-ton robotic bending cell with a 120.5″ bed length, 106.3″ distance between housings, 9.8″ stroke, and 23.5″ open height. It uses a servo-hydraulic hybrid drive system combining electric-motor control with hydraulic-cylinder power.

The machine is equipped with an Amada AMNC 3i CNC Control with touch screen and an Amada HGRobot020/Yaskawa DX100 7-axis robotic arm with 44 lb payload. Additional automation includes an automatic tool changer capable of storing up to 15 punch stockers and 18 die stockers, automatic gripper changer, Amada PF-A3 roller table/conveyor, and an assortment of dies and punches.
