It features a CAT 50 spindle capable of 10,000 rpm with 50 hp, a 120-position automatic tool changer, a 39.4″ diameter pallet system, and simultaneous 5-axis machining capability.
The machine is equipped with a Mazatrol Matrix 2 5-axis CNC Control, 1,000 PSI Mazak Superflow V8M coolant, Renishaw OMP60 work probing, Renishaw NC4 laser tool measurement, advanced probe macros, chip conveyor, coolant washdown, high smoothing control, power indexing at the load station, Mazacc-3D high-speed software, and synchronous tapping.
